About Renaissance Partners
Gagandeep Singh started his journey as a Chartered Accountant in India in 2007 where he joined one of the largest IT companies as an employee and worked with a telecommunications client based in Canada. In his role as Senior Analyst, he was responsible for setting up budgets and performing monthly variance analysis for approximately 10 cost centers headed by various Directors and VPs.
In 2009, he moved to a US based company. He was now working with Directors & VPs of 22 different cost centers for both Americas and Global regions. He was responsible for budgeting and analysis of those cost centers.
He practiced accounting and taxation in India from 2011 to 2014 before moving to Australia in 2014. He joined an accounting firm where he introduced budgeting & analysis to a client and turned a loss-making business to profit within 2 years. The total turnaround value was approximately $700,000.
Finally, he opened his own business advisory & accounting firm – Renaissance Partners in 2019 to share his knowledge and experiences with small businesses to not only help them understand their businesses but also help them achieve their goals.
